RETURN POLICY
Every item sold by Costaq is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If the goods are found to be faulty all claims must be made 3 days after delivery. Please email us before any returns are sent.
Shipping/Delivery charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition.
Refunds will not be given unless found to be faulty for manufacture defects (defective and/or broken). Please note any orders cancelled after being processed will be subject to a 5% surcharge.
Return shipping/delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer, if returning goods please use recorded delivery. If you do not use this service we will not be held responsible for lost items in post.
